This hotel served our purposes. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean. The only thing I would have liked to have had was the offer of paid per view movies. It's right off the interstate and not too far from a shopping mall (east of the hotel). more

We made reservations for members of our extended family that have accessibility issues. The staff at the Hampton Inn was extremely helpful, making their stay pleasurable. This is now the only place in Springfield that we will recommend to our friends and relatives! more

Stayed here on a Friday night in June. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. The room was clean and had a flat-screen TV, spacious bathroom, and comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff. I can't really think of anything negative to say about it! more

Stayed two nights here. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. All of the staff members (and I mean all) we encountered were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and everything worked like it should. The swimming pool was great for the kids. Overall, a very good place to stay when in town. more

Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Excellent staff. Spacious Bathroom with the best shower in 7 days of our travels. Best breakfast, too. Yea, fresh fruit!!! This was a great place for an overnight stay. The staff was very helpful with dinner recommendations, traveling options, etc. The room was clean and spacious. Even though it was right off the interstate, the hotel was quiet. The lobby was neat and attractive. Breakfast was great. Well worth the price. more
