Stayed here on 11/7/09 and rented two room for my teenage daughter's birthday. We had two adults, two teenagers and one child. Check in was easy and the people were very nice. Booked through Hot Wire, great deal. This place was immaculate, very friendly staff. I would recommend to anyone and stay here everytime I am in Springfield. You won't be disappointed. My only tiny complaint, was breakfast, not worth the price. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. Houlihans for lunch and dinner is great. more

This is one of the best Doubletree Hotels I have ever stayed in. The decor is outstanding, the rooms are very modern and clean, and the location is ideal for easy access to I-44 travelers. In their advertisment it says the pool is heated, which it is not. The pool was full of beatles and hair and the whirl pool had scum in it. We stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was very friendly and provided the infamous Doubletree cookies. Our king bed room was very large and the furnishings were up-to-date. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was a large desk area and 32 inch flat screen TV. I would definitely stay at this location... more

Stranded in Springfield overnight due to ice storm. Front Desk Clerks were friendly and accommodating-gave us toothbrushes and razor. Houlihans restaurant was great-had a fireplace-nice on an icy night. Food was really good, servers were friendly. Breakfast in Hotel has lots of selection-good food again.
