The place is small and outdated. It's basically a cheap motel that desperately saids it is not. Asked for double beds, and was asked to pay an extra $20. A very nice Motel, that is in the heart of Billings. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Montana. Rooms are newly redone and have very comfortable beds. A good value. The restaurant attached to the hotel severs the best breakfast in Billings. Go early to get a table. Hotel has covered parking, so no worries during storms.

We were tired from driving when checked into this place and the front desk was very friendly and got us into our room promptly. Rooms were very clean and the shower pressure was great. We will be staying here again

I had a change in travel plans and called to cancel 2 reservations; then I get a survey request asking how was my stay? WTFO? Do not know if they cancelled or charged me for the rooms. This is terrible customer service both from the website and from the hotel.
