We had to make an unscheduled stop in Billings Montana and needed a hotel. We stopped at this Econo Lodge and were pleasantly surprised at the service, cleanliness and ease of registering and checking out. It was a pleasant experience.

They charged $205 for the night. No protein in the breakfast. No milk for the cereal. No spoons for the cereal. The room smelled like mildew. The owner treated his employees poorly by admonishing them in public. Choice Privilges gave no relief when called and that is the last time i used their chain on my trip.
