We have stayed at the Black Diamond every fall for years. Phil and Jeanne are like family, and treat everyone as their family. Several weeks ago my husband & I made reservations for 3 nights camping. The website made it look like a very nice place & we love rustic experiences. On the day we arrived, there was no one there to check us in. There was a note on the door, directing anyone checking in to call them on their cell phone.... more
