Room was small and dirty, door to room did not shut properly, staff was rude and unconcerned, went to eat in resteraunt on site, beef steak was spoiled, absolutely rancid in fact. will never set foot in building again, more

We recently made a repeat stay at this Holiday Inn Express property in Great Falls. Our expectations for a pleasant stay were met from the moment we arrived. I liked the room, bed, and breakfast. AC was a little loud. My only other complaint was the toilet had a low profile or something, so when you peed, it would splash all over your legs. I didn't try peeing sitting down. more

I arrived in Great Falls at 1am and picked the first hotel I saw. I was a little turned off by the 'tacky' front desk area but was persuaded to stay when the front desk clerk offered me a discounted rate (because I was checking in so late). Got to my room and Wow! The Holiday Inn express in Great Falls,Montana is a great place to stay. Our family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. Our room was very clean and it even smelled really nice. The beds are sooo comfy. None of those ugly cheap hotel comforters but instead a nice duvet. The hotel has a fitness room.... more

We stayed here overnight during the labour day weekend. Our previous stay in Great Falls was at the Hampton Inn only a few weks prior to this. I really like the newness of the Hampton so I wasn't sure how this one would compare because although we had stayed here before in the past, we hadn't been here in awhile.... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night in August. It was great. The decor was very pleasing. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable. Included was a great breakfast that included coffee, juice, toast, cinnamon buns, fruit, waffles, cereal etc. We had a great stay at this hotel. more
