45 minutes from our food order to salad, they forgot the soup, small portions, fatty steak, luke warm food, over priced- never changes. New owners just raised the prices. If you come to swim in the hot springs bring your own food.

We had a room with king bed and it was OK. The restaurant food was just OK and the Hot Springs pool, was not something after seeing, that I wished to get into. It definitely needs some serious updating.

We stopped in to the Jackson Hot Springs Lodge with some expectations. The building, especially the bar, had some old western atmosphere. But the room and the food were disappointing. It was a big room, but very basic and a small bathroom. There were no amenities. Mainly what is offered is not commensurate with the price.
