Very clean, newly remodeled rooms. Located at the busiest intersection in town so it was sometimes hard to get in and out of the place. Staff was very friendly. The hotel's renovation, mentioned by earlier travelers, has been completed. The hotel looks great from the outside, clean and new from the inside, and the rooms are fine. The shower was fine, with good temperature controls. There were lots of pillows -- a big plus. Close to Smiths and J.C. If you want to stay in downtown Kalispell, I think that the WestCoast Kalispell Center Hotel is the best place to stay. This is a tired looking hotel that has seen better days. The carpets look old and the hallway is dark. The indoor pool is cold and everything about the hotel shouts early 80's.
