“Exceptional”

Megan S is the greatest server. Super friendly, attentive and knowledgable. I have had her as a server twice and both times have been above and beyond! The patio is absolutely fantastic and a great setting for cocktails. The happy hour is by far the best deal in Missoula!

“Great service in a nice hotel.”

Called and reserved room on the road. Check in was quick and the room was great. Very comfortable and clean. Shower was great and bwd comfortable. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was good. Dinner was mediocre. Will stay again.

“Great location”

Very pet friendly which was key for me and easy access to the wonderful river path. So close to all downtown dining. Rooms are good - bathrooms are a little small and could use some updating. Bed was very comfortable.

Very convenient location and located on the river by a park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the night manager/muffin man/morning coffee guy/airport shuttle driver. The restaurant served a decent breakfast buffet and had great bar food and sandwiches. The beds were comfortable down to the pillow choices

I spent two separate nights here recently. Both times I have stayed on the third floor. The front desk staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious. I am normally a stair-taker, but the stairs here are confusing to navigate and eventually lead outside. Other guests I spoke with found the same thing with the stairs.... More
