Upon driving up I was a bit concerned, even with all the positive reviews. It doesn't look terribly attractive. We had reserved a large room with two kings and ended up in 262 on the creek side, above the pool. I was a bit worried about pool noise but it wasn't an issue. The pool is COLD however. There are... more

We have stayed at Ruby's three or four times over the years, though it has been a while since we have been there. I am happy to report it is still the best place to stay in Missoula. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are large, quiet and clean, parking is plentiful, and the amenities are great. Behind... more

I stayed here for a week while visiting my grandson. I arrived a day earlier than I had booked, after calling the previous day to ask if they had any rooms (they did not, there was a several day seminar on premises). When I arrived they said they had one room left that they did not usually rent out since... more

There were 5 of us staying for 5 nights so I booked their room 200 which said it had 2 king beds, I queen bed and a kitchenette. It ended up being a large suite and very comfortable suite. The beds were comfortable, the queen bed is a sofa bed but still comfy. The bathroom is huge with nice fixtures,... more

We were very pleasantly surprised by this motel. We stayed in the business suite. It's an older building with external hallways and outdated bathroom colors, but the room was very large and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi tub and a sliding glass door that led to a grassy back yard with a beautiful fast moving creek about 10 feet wide.... more

My husband, three dogs and I stayed here on our way home from our road trip honeymoon to Canada. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a drag queen convention in town the night we were there so almost all the hotels were booked. We decided to try Ruby’s based on a billboard we read. They allowed dogs at no additional... more

We've stayed at Ruby's now probably half a dozen times, and have been very pleased each time. We live in South Central Montana, 240 miles away, and Ruby's is our regular choice for overnight in Missoula. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, and really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. There is a lovely little... more

This place is quite nice and very inexpensive. Our room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and they even had a computer terminal near the front desk to check out road conditions and weather. For the price, this is about as good as you can expect. more

My relative booked the room for us. She had stayed there previously with her husband and dogs. It was an cheap overnight stay, but the room had seen better days. The beds were hard. The bathroom was ok but the grout needed to be redone. The buffet breakfast was free with the room stay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage,... more
