The hotel is pretty okay. My main concern was that there was no night staff around on two occasions. We had a slight "incident" with the iron but the day staff on duty was very helpful and resolved the stain that was caused by the iron. We appreciated that!

great staff, great breakfast, decent rates, could go cheaper but you get what you pay for. Did a great job accommodating a short notice reservation and seemed concerned about our comfort and that our needs were being met.

The rooms have all been remodeled and are very nice. The staff was professional and very friendly. Freshly baked cookies every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate were always available. Very nice experience. Will always stay at this property in the future.

Nice hotel, good location close to the highway and other businesses. Breakfast is good and family friendly. Easy stop off I-90 and good service and quality as usual at Hampton Inn. Everything was clean and the beds are super comfy. I like that WiFi is easy to connect to and free.
