These little cabins are great. We spent a day exploring the park and the end of the road for us was late at night after a long hike and then late dinner at Many Glacier Lodge. This was in June, so it didn't get dark until 9:30/10 so we had a late dinner. We called to find some sort of... More

What a wonderful place to stay while enjoying the east side of Glacier National Park. We were close to everything. The cabins give the feel of rustic while having everything you need for comfort. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, cute front porch, even had a babbling brook (didn't see it but could hear it) but otherwise quiet. The community building... More

We found Glacier Trailhead cabins by accident, looking for a place on the east side of Glacier National Park after the Going-to-the-Sun-Road had closed for the season. The location was perfect for us: 3 miles north of St. Mary, and 5-6 miles south of the road that goes to the Many Glacier Hotel and the trailheads of some of the... More

The Galcier Trailhead Cabins are in Saint Mary, just a step away from the Sun Road and the road to Many Glacier--so very convenient for visiting either area of the park (Also could do day trips to Waterton or East Glacier). Cabins are nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Each one has a covered deck. Some are on the river;... More

Our cabin had two queen beds, table & chair, small fridge & microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows, very clean and attractive room and bath. Our shower was just fine and so was the room heater, it got really chilly the second night. Great front porch with chairs to sit and enjoy the mountain view. Love the way the grounds are... More

We picked this place because of the proximity to the Many Glacier area. It was a great place to stay. The cabins are rustic and cozy, and we were far enough from the highway so there was no noise. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was OK and the water pressure and temp was good. I would agree with... More

Glacier Trailhead Cabins was just short of perfect. The cabins are casual but comfortable, welcoming but private, clean, and well located. The location is great for exploring the east side of Glacier National Park. It is only a few miles north of the Going to the Sun Road (east entrance) and a few miles south of Many Glacier Road. The... More

Based on the reviews I expected a comfortable place to stay, but unfortunately that was not the case. Our cabin had two queen size beds, neither of which was comfortable. There was a light fixture over the bed for reading, but the arm was broken and the whole light fixture fell so that it almost hit the bed. My husband... More

We planned three nights on the east side of Glacier and these cabins worked very well for us. They located between the "Going to the Sun Road" and the road to the Many Glacier area so getting to either of these entrances was very quick and easy. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Along with a queen bed, it had... More

Stayed 1 night in semptember in Glacier Trailhead Cabins. Cozy cabin, quiet and clean, not far from the road, but giving you a feeling that you are in the backcountry. They told us, the day before, there was a grizzly walking on the site in the morning. You are warned. It is a pity, the morning we were there, we... More
