We stayed 2 nights with our teenagers. We all loved the place. The main lodge is so comfortable and welcoming - lovely rustic ambiance: log interior and beams, stone fireplace. And I loved the moose motive - fun to look at and very tastefully done. Their very reasonable rate included an amazing breakfast and a nice glass of wine in... more

My father always says that "everyone can do the big things, but what sets one apart is doing the small things right". This describes the Hidden Moose fairly well. The Hidden Moose has all of the big things done right. The lodge lobby is super cozy, breaksfast was very good, the location is great, the furnishings are super cute, and... more

This lodge is more like a bed and breakfast with lots of privacy. I felt like we were in a private home but with lots of room and amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and address our every need. The breakfasts were delicious. We will definitely go back. more

We stayed only one evening of a weekend trip to Montana and were not disappointed with Hidden Moose. It really delivers on what it promises. The lodge is beautiful and very rustic. We stayed in the "Tree Tops" room which was very spacious and clean with a huge bathroom and as a previous reviewer pointed-out, a real 2-person jacuzzi tub,... more

We got married in Glacier National Park and stayed three nights at the Hidden Moose Lodge. We loved it! Kirk picked us up from the train station and he was very nice and personable. We were treated to a very generous glass of wine (or beer) before we sat in the awesome outdoor hot tub. Our rooms were spacious and... more

My husband and I recently stayed at Hidden Moose Lodge for four nights of our road-trip honeymoon. It was incredible; we did not want to leave. We stayed in the Western Suite which was amazing. The room has a huge two person tub (a real two person tub, not one that really should be a one person) that we enjoyed.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Hidden Moose Lodge for three nights in late August, 2009. We were greeted with warmth by one of the Inn's employees upon our arrival. She offered us a glass of wine or a beer, then talked about the inn as we relaxed in the living room. After we finished, she showed us around... more

The owner, Kent Tylor is a crook. I canceled a reservation and he told me he would refund my deposit - then he changed his mind the next day! He told me, via email, he re-rented my room and I would not be responsible for room rent. Then 2 days later he tells me the room was not re-rented. His... more

We arrived for a 2 night stay late in the day on a Friday. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member. She was extremely bubbly and showed us to our suite and invited us back for drinks even though it was past the free happy hour time. She was also helpful in recommending a restaurant. The breakfasts were... more

My family stayed here for 6 nights and that wasn't enough. Place was gorgeous, constructed of log and mountain stone. Rooms were average hotel size, but top notch decor - granite sinks, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served each morning was out of this world. Quiche, pancakes, french toast. All of them were the best I've ever had... more
