We will be staying here again. The price is affordable, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast which included my husband's favorite, biscuits and gravy, as well as many other items.

Passing through Kearney for business and needed to stay the night. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and about what you would expect for a less that $75 room. If I wasn't on such a tight budget I would not stay here.

I booked based on reviews and I guess I was expecting too much. It is a converted chain hotel building (Comfort Inn) and the property is a bit tired. While it is a non-smoking establishment, I could smell smoke on more than one occassion. The staff was helpful.
