Air conditioner did not work, entire hotel smelled of smoke, kids working the front desk were high schoolers and used their cell phones while checking people in! Totally unprofessional. I'm not one to complain, but this place is very bad. more

It's a budget hotel, for sure. The "suite" we got was just a single room, with a hideaway bed sitting more or less right next to the regular king bed, and the slightest hint of a partition wall indicating a separation in the room. This hotel was perfect for my daughter's Birthday party. We were able to check in at 3:00 and 4 of her friends arrived around 5:30. This motel is little changed since it was a Quality Suites in 2007 and a Hawthorne Suites in 2002. It is typical of the genre, with a nice heated indoor pool and good breakfast. Hotel was clean and respectable. The hall smelled very much of smoke, but the room didn't smell at all. If I were in the Lincoln area I wouldn't hestitate to stay here again. Only quirk was that it was a little confusing to get to - otherwise all was great. more

We stayed four nights during a recent blizzard. Pool & spa were great -- the right temp and depth for fun with kids. One night the guests above were noisy, and I called Front Desk. They said they would check into it, but that the floors and walls are thin. The noise soon stopped. more

This is an average mid price motel. The location leaves a bit to be desired. There is nothing around. You have to search to find something to eat, for example. The rooms are OK for a one night stand. Lincoln is not a bad town, but you wouldn't know it from here. Try something else. more
