This motel is a great buy for the money. Our room with two queen beds was $53 ($60 with tax). The beds were comfortable. The pillows were just right. The lobby was recently remodeled. The heating/AC unit could be adjusted to the exact temp you wanted. It purred quietly all night. There was plenty of space in the room for suitcases. We even had a fridge in our room. Everything was clean. Breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, toast, muffins and coffee cake. I wasn't disturbed by any noises during the night, but then again, we stayed on a weeknight as opposed to a weekend. I also did not try out the pool/hottub. The front desk staff was pleasant.

Four negatives: pool looked small; toilet/shower room in rooms was extremely tiny (couldn't sit in there and read at night while my son slept); vanity was scuffed up; must cancel 24 hours in advance or be out your money
