Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was not clean - open used soap, dirty bathroom, musty smell. At check-out found a $20+ pet fee on my bill. The staff on 3-11 shift were very nice. We were charged a state tax and lodging tax 2 times on one bill. I don't think that is legal. The room had water damage (not resent). The carpet had never been restretched after the water damage so you had to be careful when you walked so you didn't fall/trip over it.... more
