“great place friendly home away from home”

I travel to O'Neill several times a year on business and always stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The place is lovely, huge, quiet rooms, with all of the amenities. The desk staff greet me by name, which is a wonderful feeling. Everyone I have ever encountered there has been friendly, efficient and gracious. Gladly recommended the hotel to anyone... More

“Liked both nights we spent here.”

The staff was very accomodating while we were here. We had come to town for a funeral and the weather was horrible. They were gracious and tried to help us out any way that they could. They allowed us to use their big room for a family gathering spot. They also had immaculately clean rooms. They did a nice job... More

Had a wonderful night's stay. Front desk service was friendly, quick, and responsive. Room was very nice. Breakfast had great choices and was tasty. Best place we have found in O'Neill. Will be back I am sure. Did seem a little pricy for a very quiet night.

“Nice, clean place to stay”

Stayed here after having problems with the Super 8 across the street. Very nice, clean hotel. Recently updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was good, with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were roomy and clean. Crib provided was a nice roll away, with cute baby blankets and sheet. Staff very courteous. Had a managers social with some limited refreshments in evening. Breakfast had a good selection. Pool was nice and big.

This is not a brand new HIX. It shows it's age some. The room was big and clean. But the pool and hot tub make up for the age of hotel. this hotel was spotless & the front desk personal were wonderful..great customer service..breakfast area was well presented and maintained during the morning hour..walking distance to DQ for icecream was a hit also.This is a great place to stay.

The motel is operated by Asian type Indians, which was a concern, because stereotypicallythey run average to lower class motels, but this one was good quality.
