I was so amazed at the quality of this little motel. It is easy to find and right across the street from a very fun casino. The room was very very clean and so beautifully decorated. It was roomy and bright and the beds were comfy. It was surprisingly quiet even though it is just off Highway 50. The staff... More

My fellow cosmic traveler and I stayed one night in this room after a day-long journey across the "loneliest road", US highway 50, in Nevada. It is a stark, unique landscape, with a beauty all its own. We checked into the Bristlecone Motel, and received a very friendly welcome by Mary at the front desk. Thank you. At first, I... More

We were welcomed by professional and friendly staff. Traffic noise (trucks, semis) can raise your eyebrows when you are outside, but once in our room it was quiet - if noise is a bother, then make sure your room is located as far as possible from the main road. Well-kept facility with the only drawback being our AC started to... More

Found the Bristlecone Motel via Tripadvisor and since it had some decent reviews we decided to give it a try. What a pleasent surprise. Very clean, pretty friendly and definetly great value for the money. While there we, I, forgot a box I was taking to my daughter in Texas. A small box with a couple family bibles in them.... More

Traffic noise from the highway but clean and comfortable room with a queen-sized bed, small table with two chairs, small fridge, small coffee-maker brews just one cup at a time and came with one decaf & two regular (delicious) coffee in packets. Microwave available in the office, if you need it. Good sized CTR-TV which had HBO but the low... More

After a long day we found this motel from recommendations from trip advisor. Clean, comfortable and a friendly gal at the front desk. We were very pleased with this motel. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed to stay overnight in Ely and after searching on TripAdvisor we settled on this property. I agree with a previous review that this is a great mom and pop establishment. We stayed in the room with 3 queens, which was perfect for our travel group. We found it to be very clean, even in the nooks and cranies... More

We stayed here on our drive to Las Vegas. The area was beautiful, but cold and snowy. This motel is exactly as described, homey, comfortable and clean. Had a frig and coffeemaker and the best shower. I would definitely stay here again when driving thru beautiful Nevada.

What a pleasure to find this room. Mom & pop Drive-up, 2-story operation; park in front of room for ease of unload. Manager showed us a darling 2-bed room that was warm, clean, modern, and had fantastic beds with thick, wonderful pillows. Even the shower has good water pressure. Small fridge and Coffee in room but no micro. Comfortable and... More

Excellent, clean & reasonable overnight stop en route from south to north. Quiet. Can park right outside door (we always choose ground level); has fridge, coffee-maker in room. Will stay here again on our way back & forth.
