Dino was the best event director and we're sorry to hear that he was laid off right after the convention. The florist did a wonderful job with the centerpieces. We had a great time at this hotel. The staff service was perfect, the setting was perfect, the rooms were perfect. We were looking for three nights of relaxation, and we got it. As a frequent traveler, I found this hotel to be a little slice of heaven in the desert. All the action of Vegas is within a 20 minute drive (complimentary shuttle twice daily) but the peace of a beautiful resort. The spa is awesome and the service was perfect - hats off to the Ritz for an excellent experience! more

This is a nice property away from the strip. The service is good, the food great and the spa is just okay. The rooms need more sound proofing but the grounds are beautiful. more
