Wow, what a fantastic place! We stayed at Sunset for 2 days with a buy a night get one free coupon out of American Casino Guide-2 nights for $59.99!!! We had our teens with us (13 & 14), so we had a 2 queen bed room. The kids loved it-bowling alley, movie theater, and food court. By far, the best... more

We found the Sunset Station to be perfectly adequate but nothing special. Check-in was easy and I appreciated not having to schlep my suitcase through the casino to get to my room--although it's a fairly long hallway walk to the tower elevators. The room was reasonably large but very dim in the evening with only a few lights. There is... more

Staying here now and writing this from the room on their wireless internet connection. Costs $10 per 24 hr period, but worth it, if you need your computer. We're locals - and were looking specifically for something near our home and inexpensive, where we could maintain our regular schedule and still get a nice place that offered all the amenities... more

My husband and I checked in on June 26th for 1 night on our way to Zion National Park. We arrived earlier than check-in and were given a room immediately. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff was very, very nice and could not do enough for you. There were many places to eat and the casino was... more

The rooms at this hotel were large and clean but fairly average. Service at the on-site restaurants was very slow. There are many other dining options within walking distance, which was nice. If you are looking for Vegas excitement, this is not the place for you. That said, Sunset Station worked well for my family. We were attending a family... more

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. I stayed 2 nights here in June to avoid the high prices of the Vegas strip and to use the hotel as a starting point for sightseeing. This place was fabulous. It was easy to get to from the airport. The room sparkled like new and was extremely comfortable. I... more

We just finished spending eight nights at the Sunset Station. The employees were all very friendly and really helped if we had a question. The rooms and casino are very, very clean. Overall, a good stay. Even though it is 10-15 minutes from strip, the hotel is really easy to access. more

We stayed at Sunset Station over the first weekend of May. The weather was good and the pool was open, which I was worried about as others on here have said it's usually closed. The pool area was very nice but there were more people than loungers yet from our room we could see more stacked up at the back.... more

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Vegas over the last 35 years, so I do have a reference. I actually lived 3 miles from Sunset Station when it was being built, but I never set foot in there. Last weekend was my annual golf trip and we switched from the Golden Nugget to the SS for ease... more

If you want to see the action of the Las Vegas strip then this hotel is not for you. We stayed here because we have friends that live in Henderson. The casino is small by LV standards, however, the service and rooms were of very good standard. The Sunset has a cinema and bowling alley, so if you have children... more
