Great room, recognition of status, regency club food, and they seem to have updated the wireless network. They seem to be really in their stride from service and facilities standpoints. The only minus is the pricing at the Lone Eagle, but that's what you get eating right on the lake. Plenty of good food at better prices in walking distance... More

One night stop off while visiting the beautiful lake Tahoe. This is a first class hotel in a good location. I wish we could have stayed another night. One of the best hotels on our three week trip. The champagne on check in was a nice touch

Nicely redone rooms and grounds. They even arranged for wonderful weather! A glass of champagne upon our arrival as well. All in all a lovely weekend stay.Very accommodating staff, new beds..very comfy. Great views from the 9th floor...north facing. Lovely fire pit adjacent to the pool area. Walking trails easily accessible from the hotel prperty.

Beautiful location- excellent service- very helpful and courteous staff --Hotel had three restaurants with fresh fruits, vegetables. Wait staff were terrific. Was able to "walk around" the lake on their property across the street from the hotel - just beautiful surroundings. Loved the fire pits at night!!!

The Hyatt Incline village is a very well taken care of property. The room was clean, tidy, and the amenities were up to date.
