Stayed in pyramid deluxe room 21st floor. Room was OK nothing great and nothing awful. I would stay here again if the deal was right. Internet is now included in the resort fee. more

This pyramide should be renovated at once. during our entrance we got attacked by some people in uniforms that looked like hotel uniforms and they offered us wonderfull discounts for shows in las vegas, but very soon again we found out that the conomonium sellers has entered this building as well. Got a great package deal including airfare, which is why we decided to stay at the Luxor. Agree with previous reviews that it's a great place if you never leave the lobby. Once we reached our room, I was definitely underwhelmed. Agree that the carpets were nasty and the bed was only so-so. When we checked in, they did not... more

Luxor was better than I expected after reading reviews here, but I would visit again only on an outstanding rate or offer. I found the lobby impressive and hotel staff helpful (ask the concierge to print your boarding pass, instead of using the $ business center), and being connected to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur is a HUGE plus. The hotel itself is fine - if you don't leave the lobby. The staff at check-in were very nice and helpful. It was also nice to be attached to Mandalay Bay so you did not have to walk outside in the cold to get there. On the other hand, once in the elevator you could tell it was only going... more

Best holiday ever... no matter what people tell you about Vegas you really have to see it for yourself. Jawdropping! The service in the hotel was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and every "thank you" was met with a "you're welcome" which sounded 100% genuine. I would return at the drop of a hat! more
