We just got back from a 5 night stay. I read a lot of reviews and thought that it was going to be a nightmare getting the correct room that I had booked. I had a room comped at Ceasers but then as I was watching the sight they had the executive suite at Harrahs available comped for all nights.... more

Overall very good and an enjoyable experience. Check in was ok but was made to give a credit card deposit of $200 even though I paid in advance, the way they refunded it meant I now have an oustanding CC bill beware if travelling from outside the US as you will lose out. The room on the 27th floor of... more

First night, no hot water, not even warm, they moved us next day, but because the room was not ready, they had to take our luggage to bell station (another tip), we were told to come back around 4, not to stand in line, just walk up and ask for key. I did this, only to be screamed at by... more

My friends and I stayed in room 722 of the Carnival Tower June 25-27, 2009. The Good: Location! This hotel is center strip. Easy walk to other properties and there is a "food court" right outside of the door. We did not eat there. There is a Starbucks right off of the elevators too. Room was fine for 3 guys.... more

We had a room in the Mardi Gras tower, it was a newer room with a flat screen tv and even one in the bathroom. The room was very nice, a little on the small side but really didn't care because it was just me and the wife. Bed was comfortable and the location can't be beat (Center Strip). Very... more

I would like to start by saying the rooms were very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. That was the best part of the stay. I would suggest that they put a coffee pot and a small refigerator in the rooms. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of coffee when you... more

This was our first stay at Harrah's and we were traveling with first timers to Vegas. I had read the reviews on the problems at check-in so I was more than a bit antsy. We (the wives) waited in line for about 25 minutes. I could see some unhappy people at the counter (I over heard one person and they... more

My husband and I stayed at Harrah's from May 4th- 9th..Upon checking in @ 11:30 a.m. our room was ready, we had a room on the 15 floor in the Mardi Gras tower..rooms were nice, nothing to complain or rave about...but when in Vegas..no need for a big fancy room. I was not impressed with the Casino. the layout did... more

My stay at Harrah's was from June 18-22. Once we arrived, I expected to at least be greeted kindly, but instead, I was greeted by a very grumpy woman who only appeared to be anxious to clock out. We were offered to pay $10 more for a room with a view, to which we agreed to do. Needless to say,... more

They say the first person you meet sets the tone for the remainder of your stay and I never knew how true that is. I recently checked in at Harrah's while on a get-away trip with friends. When I got to the desk the girl was the most rude person I've experienced in a long while. McDonald's drive-thru staff have... more
