One thing I have to say about Harrah's is that I absolutely love the dealers and the Flavors Buffet....but beyond that, not so much. I have always been loyal to Harrahs no matter what other people said. After this last trip..... never again! I booked a complimentary Deluxe Executive Suite (that i've stayed in before) only to find that there was no way they were going to let me check into that room. This is our fourth trip to Vegas and this time we stayed at Harrah's. What a relaxing, comfortable and exciting location. We both needed a getaway and Vegas is the spot. stayed for one night. booked the room through harrah's website, $39, weekday. i was assigned to a room with cooling tower view. room is tiny, but clean. some parts are loose in the room. $39 per night on strip, what can you complain. more

Not the nicest hotel on the Strip but does the job. Room was basic but clean. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Been there twice now and never had a problem bar the awful Penazzi experience. Great location and monorail is added bonus. more

I generally like Harrah's in terms of the Improv and the Mac King show was great, never gambled or stayed here, but seemed like a very decent, run of the mill casino and hotel. Awesome, awesome, awesome! The staff was really friendly, we got a great rate on the room, and the location of the casino on the strip is PERFECTION! Harrah's is right in the middle of the strip, you can't get any more central than this. The price can't be beat. The check in and check out went smoothly. The shuttle to the Rio is right at the front door. The rooms are very nice and spacious. No noise at all from the Carnival outdoor bar. The pool looks... more

I suggest the RIO! Tons better than the 4 days I had to suffer at Harrah's last week. I checked in as a Diamond member only because my client had processed my reservation with this upgrade.
