My stay at Harrah's was from June 7-10. I was given a room on the 16th floor although my reservation had requested a room on a lower floor. On June 8 it was necessary for me to speak to management before I received an extra pillow. One day before departure a soiled pillowcase was left on top of my cosmetics... more

My girlfriend I and stood at Harrah’s from June 7th till the 11th for a quick getaway and some fun in the sun. At Harrah's you get pretty much what you pay for an average hotel at a very good price 40 US a night. There are some pretty good things about staying at Harrah’s for one the location is... more

No coffee pot in room, would have been nice, (stayed last time a Planet Hollywood, same thing no coffee pot), would be nice if one was provided. Left time for cleaning lady, but had to keep asking for her to leave conditioner, if didn't would replace used one. Cocktail waitresses seems in all of the casinos, were very rare, but... more

My husband and I stayed at Harrah's for 6 nights from June 9th thru the 15th. We stayed in the Mardi Gras Tower, which was clean but very small. Upon arrival we updated to a newly-remodeled room, flat panel TV, nice bedding and a safe. We got a view of the air conditioning unit and a brick wall. I was... more

My husband and I stayed here June 9-13th. This hotel is average at best. Stayed in the Mardi Gras tower on 14th floor. Very clean, but very small. Bare bones.. This hotel was extremely crowded and noisy too. The carnival court offers nothing but LOUD music. Found it miserable to even sit out there and sadly that is the only... more

I booked this package through Allegiant Air so I didn't have the choice of an upgraded room, thereby staying in their "classic room" in the Carnival Tower. Room wasn't too small, had two queen beds, a small table and two chairs. The view out the window wasn't anything special (parking garage) but I didn't mind. My bed wasn't too uncomfortable... more

This was my WORST experience in regards to as Harrahs property! Was offered a COMPED Premium Executive Suite but when I got to the hotel was told this was not available, and was told I would be given a premium room. This was unexceptable and eventually after a half hour of complaining and dealing with hotel managers was given the... more

This place has some sort of generic feel to it. Nothing sexy or exciting about it. The pool at my gym is actually bigger than this hotel's. The Carnival Court was cool and the food was decent but pricey at a few of the restaurants we visited. The machines were tight. It's a clean hotel and the employees seemed very... more

This was my first time staying at Harrahs and I booked 1 night (just in case I didn't like it) at a rate of $39 for their cheapest room. And cheap was what I had expected. The only thing that was bothersome to me was the wait at check in. There must have been 20 of us in line and... more
