Could not believe it. Upon checking out I was charged, with taxes, $8.98 per day "Resort Fees". In the wildest images of imagination this place is not a Resort. Stayed on 2 separate occasions in January.. New Years Even & then saturday a week later. Rooms nicely renovated, quite & easy stroll to Fremonst street. Would definately stay here again, some interesting characters around the hotel! but they didn't bother us. Parking great but on busy days you may want to get ther early to get a spot. More
