We travel to Vegas 2x per year for a couples get away. Each visit we choose another location to stay on the strip. This past visit we tried Bally's with another couple. This site recommended the north tower as the rooms were upgraded. The didn't mention which decade. The are old and tired. And that was the $20 per night... more

Staff was very pleasant and accomadating. We stayed in the south tower, honestly rooms smelt old, wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the window literally had a film of crime on it BUT the room was clean.
