Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have visited Cosmo before and enjoyed my stay in the Chelsea Tower. So much so that I enticed another family to join us this time and I booked two rooms. I regret to say that I'm embarrassed that I recommended it to our friends. This time I booked a more expensive room, Terrace One Bedroom Balcony Suite (not fountain view) and was assigned to the Boulevard Tower. The Day Club bangs all day and the Nightclub bangs until 4am all the way to the 56th floor. I believe the club is on the 4th floor. I can't imagine how loud it is lower. If you'd like to sleep at all during your stay then don't stay in the Boulevard Tower but if you're at the clubs day and night, this might be the place for you. LOL It is Vegas after all. However, we do pay for the room to recharge and the incessant noise made it impossible to sleep. The room's cleanliness was subpar. It was not vacuumed upon arrival there were food crumbs on the rug. One day of my stay they didn't service the room at all and when I called for towels they didn't come for hours and I was already gone for dinner. Housekeeping needs some help. Service at the pool bar for drinks and lunch fell short of even average expectations. It was terrible! Overall it was a regrettable stay marred by several negative factors.

The Cosmo was amazing when it opened. It now desperately needs a facelift. The rooms are haggard and the clientele is too. The rooms (I tried a few) are dark and dingy and the housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired- read : dirty rooms. A few bright spots: the gym and spa and the pickleball.

We've visited Vegas a few times and have come to The Cosmo for the casino and dining in the past. This was our first time staying here and we were AMAZED. We booked a terrace suite with fountain views and as a titanium member with Marriott got upgraded to a wraparound suite with fountain views. The room was HUGE and clean! Checked in at the autograph lounge located next to the front desk in the lobby, no wait. Room was ready at 2pm and got 2pm late checkout for our 2 night stay. New benefits included a $15 daily F&B Credit as a welcome gift or 1,000 points. We opted for the credit as we dined at Wicked Spoon once for breakfast and the other time for more of a late brunch. We cannot wait for our next visit to vegas because we will be returning to The Cosmo.

Be prepared for loud music party action. The hotel is beautifully decorated well curated art. My stay was a suite room 1983 , Water damage baseboards, tub drained slow and my 9 year old son found a Japanese erotic sex book left behind by a previous guest in the nightstand. If you’re traveling with children don’t book here.

Not the same charming hotel now that MGM took over. Unfortunately big conglomerates somehow ruin the experience. Was my fav hotel since they opened. Time to stay at the Venetian or new Fountainbleu. Restaurant service not up to par. Still waiting for wake up call that didn't come thru. Lol

1. The noise was unrelentingly loud and lasted through early morning, totally keeping us awake. It was impossible to sleep--even during the day. The room is literally vibrating. It's UNBELIEVABLE the hotel would let this persist. When we called to complain they said it's an ongoing problem and offered to send up earplugs. Avoid this situation if at all possible!!!

We got a king room with a balcony overlooking the Ballagio Fountains. Stunning view especially at night! Close to many attractions on the strip. Enjoyed the Wicked Spoon and Superfrico. Nice casino - pool area looks nice - would have used if it had been warmer. Also rooms were very clean and quiet. 10/10 recommended!

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. When we checked in we told them it was my partners 30th birthday and they upgraded us to a suite which was so amazing. The room was impeccable and got cleaned regularly. The hotel itself had a buzzing atmosphere as you would expect in Vegas.

The hotel itself is ok. Many items in the room are in need of repair, such as shower handle, multiple spot lights, etc... When i got my bill i noticed I was being charged for an additional person in the room on 2 of the rooms I had. I was in Vegas for business with a group of 6 other people, and I booked 4 rooms. Every 2 queen room had 2 people in it, and 1 king room had 1 person. When I reached out to them, they ignored my request to remove the charges. Will never stay there again. Back to the Wynn
