Its like walking into the worlds largest run down trailer park. Half of the guest look as though they just left the jerry springer show. While wainting in the hour long check in line I felt I was going to get mugged. The elevators were filthy. Place is still under major renovation so lots of construction in building. I paid... More

Visited The Quad last week while in Vegas. Remarkable clean up job. Much brighter in the casino. Too crowded as everyone has to walk through the casino to get back to Las Vegas Blvd. I am not overy impressed.

We travel to Las Vegas a few times a year, we aren’t big gamblers, we enjoy the atmosphere the shows, we relax in the pool (we never travel in winter) As we take advantage of the Total Rewards Cards, the comps and offers are great! We received an offer to visit the Quad Resort (formerly Imperial Palace). The advertisement of... More

It is okay, under renovations and will be nice when it is finished. but for now you have to put up with all the confusion. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and housekeeping were very good. If you are a fussy traveller then don't stay here but my daughter and I found it fine.... More

I stayed at the Quad - it was the Imperial palace before the name change--it was awfull if you need a safety deposit box you had to go to harrah,s -to secure your money- a very long walk - it is at the end of the cacino. The new Quad has very few machines-it has no las vegas style- I... More

We stayed at the Quad knowing that it was under renovation and had a pleasant experience. Rooms are very basic so don't be shocked, but who actually stays in their room in Las Vegas!!! The major plus for me was the staff. Everyone who I met was more than accommodating!!! Great bartenders at the main bar especially James and Chris!!... More

The Good: Location is great, price is cheap. The Bad: 1. The receptionist who checked us in was super rude and I think gave us the worst room of them all. 2. Room's sliding backdoor didn't close properly and one time it even came out the railings that were holding it. The good part was that I called maintenance and... More

We stayed at the Quad, upgraded to a deluxe room. We had stayed there about 8yrs. ago and swore never again but the price was to good this time. The room was basic, better furniture than Bally's rooms had. And it had a coffee maker unheard of in Las Vegas for a regular room. It was still rough around the... More
