I've stayed at this hotel 2 times. It is off the strip. Has a great steak house, Nine, which I ALWAYS go to when in vegas. The hotel has a decent casino but is off the strip. It's a younger crowd. The bars are nice but not amazing. I personally enjoyed rain. If you stay there, it is much easier... More

Dear Jackson Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience at the Palms Casino Resort. We agree that N9NE steakhouse is distinguishable from the plethora of fine dining options across the valley, and we are so pleased to learn of your continued support and recommendation of our steakhouse. Thank you again for your honest feedback, and we hope to welcome you... More

Check-in was fairly quick, and self-parking was located near check-in which is very convenient. Traveling right after Christmas seemed less chaotic at this hotel, which was nice. The hotel front desk notified me of upgrade availability. Unfortunately, the pool and spa is closed for the season (getting into a hot tub would have been key.) The Palms is so located... More

This place is nice but unless you are getting a special rate it is very expensive. Rooms are decent but nothing special. Be prepared to pay a 100 dollar per day deposit on arrival. It is also a long walk from the strip or a 10 to 15 dollar taxi ride. Nice restaurants and food court on site. Also has... More

Dear Great Falls Guest, We appreciate your honest evaluation of your stay at the Palms Casino Resort. The incidental hold is standard practice in all of the hotels on the strip and is usually more expensive than $100 a day. Also, we do have a shuttle service that we are expanding to operate more frequently, but in current form, it... More

My stay at the Palms suites was decent enough, but I was very disappointed by the treatment that I received at the reception desk, in particular by an assistant manager called Michelle. She has a serious attitude problem, the type that likes to play power trips by letting her friends jump the line. Then she was completely unhelpful. I also... More

We flew into Vegas early from LAX so we got to the hotel before the check-in time. We waited on the couches until we decided we'd pay the early check-in price. They allowed us to check in early and we got a really nice room on the 30-something floor with a Las Vegas Strip view which was really nice! We... More

We just stayed at The Plams Place from Dec 25th thru Dec 29th and we had a studio suite. We had a refrigerator and freezer that did not work. We had a room that was freezing and call after call nothing was done about it. They tried charging us for beverages we never drank. Thw worst part is no one... More

I had not been to the Palms in quite a while, and this was the first trip in which I was charged a resort fee. I do not need drink coupons because I get free drinks while gambling, I don't use the valet because I don't take a car to Vegas, and I don't use the phone in the room... More

Having been to the Palms on several occasions for concerts (the Pearl is a wonderful venue, BTW) I had always wanted to stay at the Palms because it seems so luxurious and amazing from the casino...and also the fabulous Moon club upstairs. So when I had a chance to book the Palms as a 'mystery deal' through BookIt.com I jumped... More

For a casino hotel that is off the Strip, it is decently busy and fun enough on the weekends. The clubs were fun enough to party in, but for some reason the crowds seemed to have left after about 1am. The food options were OK, with a small foodcourt, and variety of cafes and restaurants. We did not have the... More
