After several years of playing annually at the Palms casino we finally got an invitation for 2 comped nights at the Palms hotel. My wife and I are not what you would call high rollers; we each play mostly $1 slots, averaging 8 hours per day. The comp offers we've been receiving from the Palms (and several other casino-hotels) were... more

Stay 29th and 30th September. Checked-in at 2:30pm with no lines and no problems. Booked for newer Fantasy Tower, but upgraded to one bedroom suite in the original Palms Tower. The suite was fantastic with JVC mini-stereo and a large tube TV in each section. Nice to have the living room area for when I was up early to watch... more

This was the best value for money place I stayed at in Vegas. The studio room was great and had more than I needed. Checkin was smooth and restaurants are also very good. The bars in the tower do cater for the younger crowd but we had great fun there! I would stay here and get a cab to the... more

Obviously from the reviews below...the Palms is finally getting what they deserve. I was treat horribly by the front desk staff and went to the BBB - with no avail. The Palms reputation is over with. There are so many hotels to choose from in Vegas- which is awesome, that the way they treat us all they will eventually need... more

I stayed at the Palms for one night as friends were playing a show at the Pearl Theatre on the premises. I arrived at 11.30am and was delighted to find that the reception desk was just to the left of the entrance doors rather than, as is usually the case in Vegas hotels, miles away through a sea of slot... more

I hadn't been to Vegas in a couple of years and was extremely excited to be heading back. Found a great rate online. Booked through hotels.com but when I arrived for check-in, the lady at the front desk didn't have my reservation! Had to call hotels.com to get it all straightened out. I was worn out after a long day... more

Here are some bullet points on The Palms 1) This place is exclusively geared towards the under 30 party crowd. If you are over thirty stay someplace else otherwise you will feel out of place. 2) There is loud music blaring everywhere in this hotel including the elevators. 3) Want to relax at the pool? Forget it. Unless you are... more

Rooms - nothing special.A/C poor - our three rooms had a bad odour about them (all on... more

My husband and I decided to stay at the Palms for Labor Day weekend because one of his friends recommended it. Throughout our stay at the Palms we had nothing but problems. When we first checked in the lady at the front desk was pretty rude. She made it seem like we were wasting her time. Once we got to... more

Let's see....here we go: stayed there 11 days (work put us there and paid) 1.) service hmmm.....was there service? last straw was when they double booked my room and made me move because of a high roller. When I moved the misplaced my suit bags and made me pay to ship them after I left the hotel....any real hotel would... more
