We came to Las Vegas Saturday Jan 29. The Palms up graded us to a beautiful room in the Fantasy Tower. We asked for extra blankets and houskeeping had them delivered in less than five minutes. The food at NINE restaurant was wonderful. We had fun in the Casino. They have all the latest slot and V.P. machines. Drink service... more

When we arrived at The Palms after midnight, we got to our room while it was clean I notice a small mildew spot in the shower. I blew it off and we went off to explore the hotel. About four hours later when on our back to the room, I mentioned this to the front desk. They moved us to... more

Where to begin? The service at the Hotel's concierge desk was pitiful and rude. Moreover, the security at the Moon NightClub (run by the N9NE Group, and located within the Casino) was inept and unbelievably rude. Good luck! more

I got a great rate on hotels.com albeit for a basic room. We arrived late (9pm) after a long drive from LA about 10 days before Xmas for a Sunday and Monday night stay. I visit Vegas a lot but had never stayed at the Plams and was looking forward to it. At checkin, I tried the $20 trick and... more

I love Las Vegas and have stayed at The Palms my last three trips there. I stay at The Palms for a few reasons: first I'm in my early 20s and I like that it's mainly a hotel for people my age. Second, I've found that drunks leaving their clubs tend to lose a lot of money at poker, and... more

This was my second stay at Palms. I do prefer over the strip since I prefer the LA vibe vs the Disney vibe. Restaurants are awesome, except the Mexican was mediocre food but great margeritas. Pool scene is for under 30, unless you want to feel old. We had fun watching them have fun, and got involved with a promotion... more

I stayed at the Palms when I went to Vegas and it was AWESOME! The hotel is really nice, food was amazing (n9ne steakhouse had some kick [--] steaks), and the clubs were a lot of fun. I also won about $2,000 in the casino which definitely helped to make the trip more memorable. If you're looking to go all... more

I only stayed here because I had plans to see a show at The Pearl that night. My room was the basic, low budget one, and I can't believe they sell this thing at around $200 a night. The TV isn't even a flatscreen one- I could get a cheap room with a better TV at Excalibur. The only thing... more

We stayed here mainly because we wanted to go to some bars/clubs/restaurants that had great strip views from high floors. Check in was extremely odd, very busy and in the middle of the casino! But that was fun. I was thrilled with the room, high floor and huge with a fantastic bathroom. We booked dinner in Alize restaurant and headed... more

Flew out of Halifax with Air Canada. I fly with Air Canada lots with my work and can honestly say I'm not a fan of there's however they managed to get my girlfriend and I there on time, with all our luggage! Arrived and went straight for luggage, had previously booked a limo with Presidential Limo's service. Can't say enough... more
