This place is like the "residence" hotels with kitchens, bedrooms, living area. The kitchen was fully equipped! Great for people with young children who might want to have snacks or meals in the room. We wanted a separate room (with a door) for our 28 year old visiting with us. AA initially overbooked and then had mechanical problems. The entire flight was cancelled, so everyone had to be rebooked and put up until the next available flights.
