Do not be deceived by the website for The Hotel on Mount Charleston. The photographer deserves an award for depicting the hotel as looking much better than it actually is. This is not a property I'd ever stay at again. The lobby was dark and dingy looking. Rooms were tacky. Food was atrocious. "Spa" was closed Monday and Tuesday, and there didn't really appear to be a spa on the property; just a massage therapist. No hot tubs, no pool, no sauna, no steam room. Why call it a spa?? more
