We traveled to Las Vegas for a business meeting which was being held at the South Point. The Rooms were great...very large...and the bathroom was huge and well laid out with seperate vanity/sink area. Nice for one of us to be showering, and one to still be getting ready. What started out to be a liability in location is now a hugh plus. All the traffic on the strip has made it very uncomfortable to walk. Just too many people! South Points location is quiet and really not that far out anymore. The hotels prices are well in line and the people there make you feel at home. more

I booked 3 rooms for 5 days for the motorcycle auction last January. I had an aggreed price but they charged an extra $40 for 2 of the days for all 3 rooms. Cleanliness was excellent and the staff was very friendly. While the hotel is located away from the Vegas strip, it's just a short cab ride to that area. The casino staff was friendly and professional in every way. Wile this was a business trip, I'm anxious to return for a more leisure trip. more
