Overall the wife and I were pleased with the quality of this hotel and the service received. Glad we stayed here, but will try other hotels before returning (unless room is comped). Almost perfect! Great location, incredible view of the fountain from our room, amazing lobby (kuddos for the beautiful conservatory holiday theme), huge casino, outstanding service from front desk, concierge, bell service, theatre staff, housekeeping and maintenance (had a slow lavatory drain--fixed in a snap!), store clerks, restaurant staff, casino staff... I was told the Bellagio was the best so I booked two rooms, one for my brother and his wife, one for me and a friend. The lobby decorations are the best from the Chihuly ceiling to the winter wonderland display. This was a good thing, as we had to stand and wait a good half hour to 45 minutes... more

This hotel and everything it offers should be #1 or #2, not 10. People must have their eyes closed walkin around. The Wynn and The Venetian are all tops. The casino here has the the best action on the strip. Check it out. Michael Manis-Jericho,NY more
Great position on the strip. More classy than some of the other hotels close by. Great fountain show. The room was nice, but a little bit dark due to all the dark brown wooden furniture. If you can't afford the Wynn, Encore, Venitian or Mandalay Bay, this is the best one to go for in Las Vegas. more
