I stayed at the Flamingo from 6/24-6/30 and had an awesome stay. I planned my wedding there about 8 months before and after reading some of the reviews on TA, I was a little worried, but we had an awesome stay. We booked a Go room, which I highly recommend, and I did the $20 trick at check in and... more

We've stayed at the Flamingo in the past and had a good experience - not so this time. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the hallways and common areas smelled like a nursing home. The biggest disappointment though was our cabana rental. The whole frustrating experience started with asking five different pool employees where to check in for our... more

Despite all the horrible, trashy reviews this hotel could quite possibly be the total package if you request to have your room upgraded to a "Go Room." We arrived at the Flamingo around 2:45 PM. Although the wait for check-in was around 45 minutes, it was rather speedy once we reached the counter. We walked up to the counter and... more

Stayed for 4 nights 29th June to 3rd July, there was a long check in line when we arrived at around 3pm so just left our bags with the bell desk and went to the garden bar. Waiter was full of advice regarding where to get cheap beer, food etc near by. They all seamed to be promoting O'Sheas next... more

We have stayed in many many hotels in Vegas - we normally go at least 4 times a year - but this is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. I have to admit I was not totally thrilled at the prospect of staying at the Flamingo on this trip, but of all the pools in Vegas,... more

Stayed in Vegas for my secong time and loved the Flamingo! We stayed in a 'Go room' which i would recommend. It is fabulous! TV in the bathroom mirror, push button curtains, flat screen TV...awesome! The pool area got quite busy and loud and is definately geared up for younger people with a DJ playing all day and cocktail waitresses.... more

I have been to vegas 7 times now and have stayed at some of the nicer places on the strip (Mandalay bay, Ceasers). Flamingo is on the best intersection in the city and a quick walk to my favorite 'value' casinos (Bills, O'Shea's and Casino Royale) as well as a quick walk to high end casinos (Bellagio, Venetian, Mirage). You... more

This hotel was perfect for our trip as it was centrally located on the strip making it easy to visit anywhere we needed to along the strip. The hotel itself was great value for money compared to other expensive themed hotels on the strip and had good service. The rooms were amazing too. We stayed in the new Go rooms... more

Ok, I booked 1 night in LV at the Flamingo as we were just passing through on our way to California. After I booked the trip, I began hearing bad things about the casino/hotel. So I did some more research, read loads of reviews, and heard bad after bad after bad review about the rooms, the service, the price, etc.... more

As I'm sure anyone reading these reviews realizes, they are not gospel..they're just one person's personal experience. That being said I'll give you our experience on our 4 night visit June 18-21st. I'll preface by saying we stayed here back in 2001 and enjoyed it. After reading reviews and checking out virtual tour/photos it wasn't hard to figure out that... more
