Upon arrival the hotel took a $100 (required) room services fee from my debit card. They said it was refundable. Then I was informed of a $14.99 a day "HOTEL SERVICE FEE. They had the nerve to charge me taxes on the $14.99. Total fee was $16.79 a night for their hotel service fee on top of my room fee.... More

My wife and I stayed at the Palace Station in the courtyard rooms. Having stayed in the main tower before we assumed the rooms were all the same. I was wrong. The courtyard hotel area reminds me of a hotel on skid row. The rooms haw been "upgraded" but the foyer and entrance smelled like mold and urine. Would not... More

We've stayed here 3 times now, traveling with a group on a bus. The rooms have been consistently clean and problem free. A big complaint is WiFi costs extra. There are many restaurants from which to choose. We have no experience with front desk personnel since our escort handles keycards and meal vouchers. There is a shuttle to the Fashion... More

I stayed at Palace Station May 18-21. I have stayed here many times in the past and will continue to do so. I do not care for the hustle and bustle of the strip but hey that's just me. Palace does provide a shuttle to and from the airport and to and from the Fashion Show mall if you care... More

This was a mediocre place. We took advantage of a deal that was offered through a website to stay there for about a week. When we checked in, there was only one clerk behind the counter and 3 people in front of me. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, the assistant manager came out to assist probably because there... The Palace Station (Courtyard) is poorly maintained, dirty, and very low security (which is at odds with typical Vegas hotel/casinos). Lobby security doors that would not close, dirty parking areas, and a smell of something dying... Very disappointing. The casino areas are noisy and crowded with sloppy beer-guzzling kids (typical dress: sandals, shorts, and muscle shirts). Feels like spring break... More

This is where we usually stay and we stayed two nights. I booked on hotels.com and get the cheapest room available with a king bed. It is in a room without a view but that's fine with us, the bathroom is nice and room is clean. the only things that I do not like about it is that that didn't... More

Tower rooms/suites are located in the casino...Courtyard rooms are in a building behind the casino. Hallways are dull, dingy, dirty! Reeked of pot and musty old carpet. Rooms are tiny, old furniture, terrible mattresses, no coffee maker, no closet. It's a 2 story building with no elevators. The bathroom was recently remodeled. Heard the rooms in the Tower are much... More

We needed a quiet room to spend our last night of a long vacation. I used another travel site to find the cheapest room and was surprised to see Palace Station for just $20!
