Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

In any review of the Venetian Resort, one most start with the amazing rooms, which are huge, well appointed, and still homey every time I visit. The housekeeping was impeccable, promptly sending up extra towels and blankets and tidying up the room whenever we slipped away for a meal or visit to the pool or casino floor. Despite the busy crowd, everything was spotless and the service fast and effective---from the front desk to the concierge to the slot attendants. The Venetian executes perfectly as a hotel, resort, and casino. Along with the rest of my extended family, we literally did not need to leave the property to eat delicious meals, shop at fashionable stores, work out, go swimming, sing karaoke, and go clubbing! I could go on, but just recommend that Las Vegas lovers come to the Venetian and stay here, whether you plan to roam around the Strip, venture to see the beautiful parks in the area, or stay on the resort grounds itself. To me, staying at the Venetian was the perfect vacation

Hotel's Favourite
This was our second time at the Venetian. You can't beat the location or the suites. I really liked how there was a separate living room so if someone wanted to sleep and someone else wanted to watch TV or just enjoy the incredible views (from the upgraded view) this was easily accomplished. The bathrooms are wonderful - shower and bath separated from the toilet, two sinks, make up table with stool and lit up mirror. It was over 100 degrees when we went in August, but you didn't even have to leave the air conditioned hotel if you did not want to. The Canal Shoppes are attached to the hotel, plenty of places to eat are in the hotel or the Canal Shoppes. You can get to the casino at the Venetian or the Palazzo without going outside. We had a view of the pools so you could see how busy they were or if there were any lounge chairs available. Hundreds of slots to chose from. Just a wonderful and classy hotel. Loved our stay!

Very nice and handled crowds well. Only issue is lack of an in room refrigerator for guest use. There is a refrigerator but it is packed with very expensive drinks, which is fine. However, if you move items or clear space for personal use, you are charged for the items moved and a $150 personal use fee.

Suite had dust on some of the furniture, including mini bar snacks. The hotel was beautiful, but the condition of the suite was a huge no for me. A plus was the accessibility of the food court ; which is situated near elevators to guest suites. This made running downstairs to purchase food easy. Room service was also good. Pricey but that to be expected.

Gave me the wrong bet and when I brought it to their attention… game still in progress they refused to correct it. Spoke to the manager and the employee even said that he had made the mistake. Unbelievable Obviously I lost the $7,800 wager

My stay was top notch. The easy check-in and checkout process was amazing. the most amazing part of my stay was the housekeeping staff organizing my toiletries after I rushed off for a morning meeting. I highly recommend any and everyone to stay at the Venetian Resort.

From reservation to check out we were treated as especially guest although we are just ordinary guest. I love the idea that we can choose from many restaurants to dine from very expensive to affordable one.

First time ever in Las Vegas so would never have known where to stay but we booked a package to see Kylie Minogue in the Voltaire which included two nights stay. We extended the stay and are so glad we did. The resort is huge and there is plenty to do for everyone. It doesn’t seem to ever sleep! Our room was spacious and very clean with perfect views of the pool areas. The bed was very comfy and it was nice to sit in the room and relax sometimes away from the hustle and bustle. All the staff we met were very friendly and happy to help. Great choice of stay if you are looking at Vegas and I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 5 days in Feb. The rooms are amazing,it’s huge and so comfortable. Beds are super comfy and the hotel is really quiet at night. Bathroom is large with plenty of space. The hotel itself is stunning but it’s enormous. You could do with a map when you check in! Just be prepared for the price of food in the hotel its extortionate but we found most of vegas to be expensive. The casino was really good but coming from the uk we didn’t like the smoking that’s allowed in the buildings. The position of the Venetian is great to walk the strip. Just don’t expect a personal touch from staff. It’s so big your just a number.
