You don't go to Vegas to hang out in your room and for that reason the Monte Carlo is PERFECT! Not that the rooms are bad, they are just average. Staff friendly at check in, Pub bar and at the Buffet. Paid extra for a high floor with a view, but disappointed because city center blocked more than half of the strip view.
