I arrived at the Monte Carlo around 10:30PM and it took about 10 minutes to check in with no problems, oh and I love hearing "You already paid for the room, we don't need to have your card on file, unless you want movies or something." The Monte Carlo is a good on strip hotel, not fantastic, not awful, but good. On checkin we were given a smoking room with two Queen size beds and neither myself or my partner smoke, the room was tainted by the smell of cigarettes and wasn't ideal.
