The management has dialed down the perfume coming out of the vents, it is now tolerable. Front desk staff was actually pleasant! Dirty dishes weren't left in the hall for days on end. Kudos for the positive changes! Now if they would consider re-training the floor servers. They remain rude. More

We stayed jan 16-19, the room was ok, no refrigerator in the room. No sleepers, no toothbrush or other necessities, although room service was happy to provide them when asked.
