I booked a four night stay Thursday thru Sunday at the Sahara Casino before I read the many reviews on this website. After reading many reviews, I was somewhat nervous about what to expect when we arrived. One review I read suggested that we request the Tangiers tower since it had been remodeled and more up to date than the... more

To say the entire place from the lobby to casino, restaurants, and rooms are filthy would be a gross undersatement - with the exception of the pool area; but be prepaired to be charged 6 dollars per day (weather you use it or not) and some mystery charges from the bar. Don't waste your time and energy trying to get... more

I stay in this hotel for 3-night during the vacation with my family and my parents. Both room are not face the street so they are comparatively quieter compare with other hotel rooms. The bathroom is clean with plenty of towels, this is very helpful since we have a young kid. The room is clean, not big, but enough space... more

We stayed at the Sahara and it was a great deal. The Metrorail was connected right to the hotel which made for a cheap, easy way to get down to the more popular hotel casinos. Its also close to Fredmont street's classic strip, more

We were bitten up on the last early am with bed bugs. We saw the bugs in the bed at 5:30am. Bedbugs come out the last hour before... more

I found the Sahara to be very cheap, very cheerful and with a great location. The rooms are large and comfortable. The fixtures and fittings are looking a little tired but everything functioned as you'd expect.Beds comfy and clean. The hotel is just past all the Vegas glitz at the bottom end of the strip about 20 - 30mins walk to get to... more

We have been in Sahara for several times. You can find good deals there from time to time. Hotel is fairly good considering the price. A bit on the north end but good place if you go to Vegas often. If you fly to Vegas not so often, then find a luxury hotel. more
