I stay in this hotel for 3-night during the vacation with my family and my parents. Both room are not face the street so they are comparatively quieter compare with other hotel rooms. The bathroom is clean with plenty of towels, this is very helpful since we have a young kid. The room is clean, not big, but enough space... more

We stayed at the Sahara and it was a great deal. The Metrorail was connected right to the hotel which made for a cheap, easy way to get down to the more popular hotel casinos. Its also close to Fredmont street's classic strip, more

We attended Bike Fest and stayed at the sponsoring hotel which is the Sahara. 57 year old hotel and it definitely looked it. Our room which was in Tangiers Tower room 1847. We were bitten up on the last early am with bed bugs. We saw the bugs in the bed at 5:30am. Bedbugs come out the last hour before... more

I found the Sahara to be very cheap, very cheerful and with a great location. The rooms are large and comfortable. The fixtures and fittings are looking a little tired but everything functioned as you'd expect.Beds comfy and clean. The hotel is just past all the Vegas glitz at the bottom end of the strip about 20 - 30mins walk to get to... more

We have been in Sahara for several times. You can find good deals there from time to time. Hotel is fairly good considering the price. A bit on the north end but good place if you go to Vegas often. If you fly to Vegas not so often, then find a luxury hotel. more

The Sahara is located directly on the strip and the Tram which runs the length of the strip. You can stay at this hotel and almost never need a rental or cab, because the tram can take you any where along the strip. The hotel is old, but it's very comfortable with great employees that offer excellent customer service. It... more

Parts of this hotel were renovated and I stayed in the renovated tower. First impression was that rooms were not cleaned well. I saw dust, dirty windows and some smell was omnipresent. I am not sure now, but I think I was charged extra for electricity use as well. Granted, I didn't pay much for my stay, so I suppose,... more
