My husband and I went to Vegas for Thanksgiving and stayed at the Excalibur. This was our first time to Vegas. Check in customer service charged my credit card without telling me. They charged the resort fee on there when they told me it would only be charged for incidentals. Told me to sign and initial without explaining to me what I was signing and initialing. Elevators did not work properly. Took forever to get one. Trash left by the elevators... more

Stayed 4 night at this location as a solo traveler mainly for vacation and to get suit for a wedding. A great hotel, really clean and friendly staff, espically at the karaoke bar, they rocked. smaller than i seems on tv but well placed. i found this hotel to be more kiddyfied with is decor and lighting styles. Lost our reservation, then charged double the original rates (that I had in my hand!), didn't give me a credit for my deposit. Though the casino and the lobby looks a little aged, the rooms are very well maintained and very comfortable.
