My husband and I were robbed at the hotel last night while we were sleeping, no sympathy or empathy from the staff, they still charged us for our room, refused us internal investigation and didn't move their finger to help us out. Very unprofessional security team, no video surveillance, completely unsafe place, stay away!!! more

I've stayed here twice and both visits were about the same. The prices those weekends were when River Palms was offering rooms much cheaper than the other places. The rooms are upgraded and look nice at first, but the celing looked like it had never seen paint since the day the place was built, which took away from the look.... more

The casino hotel is on the Colorado River. The pool is super clean and over looks the river. The grass area is like a carpet, what a great place to go for a nice walk. We just stayed at the River Palms in Laughlin. We received a remolded room and found it very nice. Hotel is going through some changes as some restaurants are closed. We liked our stay there very much. Good free entertainment. more

Was very nice, but need more people at check in desk, to move travelers signing in. Had to stand in line about 25 minutes.
