I recently completed my 4th stay at Carson Valley Inn. The staff, the restaurants, the casino...everything always exceeds my expectations! Definitely try Katie's Country Kitchen's daily specials, but make sure you visit CV Steak and try the Ahi Tuna! I search for Ahi Tuna that is equal and I have never found it.
