We have stayed at QUALITY INN SOUTH, formerly BEST INN AND SUITES, several times during the past several years. This is our choice for a moderately priced, yet fully adequate motel in Reno. The staff is very helpful.. The rooms are clean and more than satisfactory. However, the air conditioning could use some help... in the summer months. We like... more

I would never stay at this motel again. While I was staying there we got our license plates stole off our car and a car near us got its car window busted out. The hotel did not even offer to call the police or do anything about it. Also while I was there, the lights went off for a couple... more

We just got back fom Reno on 11/16/03. We were booked at the Atlantis Motor Lodge, spent one night there and hated it. We spent an hour driving around Reno looking for a place to stay for another 3 nights and luckily found the Quality Inn on the corner of South Virginia and Plumb.
