I was just looking for a cheap room to shower and catch a quick nap between camping and a flight. They resold my room even though they kept my money. They tried to pawn me off on an even dirtier seedier hotel (if you can imagine one). They refused to refund even though I didn't stay there. Total ripoff. more

I was on the road for almost a day and a half, so was extremely exhausted upon my arrival at Knights Inn. I was just looking for a place to rest my head and found it. Although it was no frills I found it to be clean and relatively quiet for the area. The check in process was quick and... more

We stayed at this hotel last friday evening August 1, 2008. When we pulled into the parking lot we immediately heard loud rap music comming from one of the upstairs rooms and a large gathering of young adults standing on the balcony on the third floor. As luck has it our room was two doors down from them. Rm#326. We... more

We stayed at the Knight's Inn at 660 N. Virginia in Reno Nv. the night of Aug. 3, 2007. There were very loud parties all night long with people running in the halls knocking on doors. There were prostitutes working on the property. There were what looked like drug sales going on in the parking lot. When I spoke to... more

this place really sucks...we booked our room 8 months in advance and were told our rate, because we booked so early ,would avoid the increased price. we were quoted $91.00 a night for 3 nights. Our credit card was charged before we even arrived and when we saw we were charged $100.00 more than quoted we were told repeatedly that... more

Stayed in 6/07, they charged my credit card even though we paid cash when we checked in. Called 3 times and was promised they would credit my card back. They asked for a copy of the receipt and it was faxed but still waiting for my credit card to be credited back, it has been almost 2 months. I read... more

We just finished a 5 day stay in Reno at the Knights Inn in Reno, NV. It is located on Virginia Street just across the street from Circus Circus. The room was average but the room service was next to non-existent. It was actually only cleaned two days out of the five we were there. Here is the list: 1.... more
