Bistro Nouveau is like a breath of fresh air on Claremont. Innovative food, fresh ingredients and a great value!!!! The meals are made from scratch and the menu changes regularly. Great wine list. Cozy setting. Be sure to save room for one of their marvelous deserts--mmmmmmmmm! (Worth going to just for a chocolate dessert and a glad of red wine or port). I can not believe this is not the #1 rated restaurant in Claremont
